Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before accessing or using the Milvin platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms.
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern the relationship between Milvin ("Milvin", "we", "us", "our", "the Operator") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on or uses the Milvin platform, accessible at milvin.cam (the "Platform").
Milvin is an internationally operated online betting and live casino platform. It operates under an international gaming license. Milvin is not licensed, endorsed or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial authority. Users in Pakistan must independently assess whether their participation complies with applicable local laws, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. This Agreement does not constitute legal advice.
By accessing the Platform in any way, you unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and close your account.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
The Platform is available to adults only. You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the Operator's license jurisdiction or by the laws of your country of residence, whichever is greater — in order to register an Account and use the Platform. Milvin strictly prohibits underage gambling.
🔞 Important: If Milvin has reasonable grounds to suspect that a User is below the minimum age, Milvin will immediately suspend the Account, withhold all funds and winnings pending investigation, and report the matter as required by applicable regulations.
You may only register and use the Platform if you are located in a jurisdiction where accessing online betting services is not explicitly prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. Milvin makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific country, including Pakistan.
Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether in your own name, using different email addresses, or through third parties — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
By registering, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are not acting on behalf of another person, and that you are not a professional player or agent using an automated system to exploit Platform features.
When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, email address and contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
Milvin is required to verify the identity of Users before processing withdrawals and in connection with anti-money laundering obligations. You must provide valid identity documents when requested. Acceptable documentation may include a national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in account restrictions or closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your password or allow any other person to access your Account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify Milvin support immediately. Milvin will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect your login credentials.
You may use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any use of the Platform for commercial gain, including operating as an affiliate without an authorized agreement, using the Platform in a professional capacity or systematic exploitation of errors or bonuses, is strictly prohibited.
The following conduct is prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds:
Milvin does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades or unforeseen outages may result in temporary unavailability. Milvin will not be liable for any losses resulting from platform downtime.
Deposits must be made using payment methods authorized by Milvin at the time of the transaction. Milvin references familiar Pakistani payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual references to Pakistan's payment ecosystem only. Milvin does not claim that any of these providers endorse, support or process gambling transactions on its behalf. Availability, processing times and transaction limits vary by method and may change without notice.
Minimum deposit amounts and available payment methods are subject to change. Always check current platform settings for up-to-date deposit information. All amounts are displayed in PKR.
Withdrawal requests will only be processed after successful KYC verification. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. Milvin reserves the right to apply withdrawal processing times of up to 5 business days depending on the method and verification status of the account.
All balances, wagers and transactions on the Platform are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, if applicable, will be clearly disclosed at the point of transaction.
Milvin operates anti-money laundering (AML) controls. Any transaction that appears unusual, inconsistent with normal gaming behavior or indicative of financial crime will be investigated. Milvin reserves the right to freeze accounts and withhold funds pending investigation without prior notice.
Milvin reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed on incorrect odds arising from technical errors. Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the User's Account.
Odds on live events — including PSL matches, ICC tournaments, football fixtures and UFC bouts — are updated in real time. Milvin is not liable for bets placed on stale odds resulting from technical delays on the User's end. All settled odds are final once confirmed by Milvin's trading system.
Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled before the relevant market's settlement conditions are met, Milvin's specific sport rules will govern settlement. Typically, stakes will be returned where a minimum play time threshold has not been reached. Refer to specific sport rules for full details.
Casino games are governed by their individual rules and Return to Player (RTP) percentages. RTP figures for each game are accessible within the game's information panel. Casino outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) and are not influenced by Milvin or its staff.
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, minimum deposit thresholds, maximum bet restrictions and expiry periods. Users must read the full terms of any offer before claiming it.
Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of PKR 1,000 with a 20x wagering requirement requires total wagers of PKR 20,000 before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. These figures are illustrative — specific offers may differ.
While bonus funds are active, you may not place a single bet exceeding the maximum bet limit specified in the offer terms (typically PKR 500–PKR 1,000). Placing bets above this limit may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
Any attempt to abuse or systematically exploit bonus offers — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts, using low-risk betting strategies designed to extract value from bonuses, or coordinating with other users — will result in cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings and possible account closure.
Milvin reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Milvin's decision on all bonus-related matters is final.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from Milvin.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Milvin shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:
Nothing in these Terms limits Milvin's liability for fraud, willful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Milvin reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification; discovery that the User is underage; or any other conduct that Milvin, in its reasonable discretion, deems harmful to the Platform or other Users.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your verified payment method, provided you have met all outstanding KYC and wagering requirements. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
If you have a complaint about any aspect of the Milvin service, including bet settlements, account decisions or payment issues, you should first contact Milvin support via the Help Center or email. Milvin will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 10 business days.
If you are not satisfied with Milvin's resolution, you may escalate the complaint to the dispute resolution body specified by the Operator's license authority. Details of this process are available via Milvin support.
Milvin's decisions on sporting event settlements made in good faith and in accordance with applicable bet rules are final. Disputes based solely on disagreement with the outcome of a sporting event or casino game will not be upheld.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Milvin holds its gaming license. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved through the complaints procedure shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
These Terms do not create any legal relationship between Milvin and any Pakistani governmental body, court or regulatory authority. Milvin does not concede jurisdiction to any Pakistani court or authority by operating a platform accessible from Pakistan.
Milvin reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, Milvin will provide reasonable notice by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by notifying registered Users via email or on-platform notification.
Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
